Susan Loving has been working within the public and private sector for over 20 years. Her
areas of expertise include communication skills training, marketing,
public relations and project management. Her nonprofit work includes
development, board training, and policy and procedure design with an
emphasis on building infrastructure in the workplace as the foundation
for true organizational change.
Susan
has trained closely with Lou Wetherbee in leadership training and
facilitating leadership practices within all levels of libraries. All
of her work supports facilitating and providing the skill sets to build
effective, productive and satisfying workplaces.
Susan holds a BA in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University and an MS in Communications in Human Relations from Texas Christian University.
She resides in a suburb of Dallas with her husband and a menagerie, and looks forward to the visits from her college attending daughters.
